WHAT IS THE NEW MEMBERS COURSE?

The New Members Course provides a structured opportunity for new members to learn about DAR and how they can become active members in DAR at all levels, chapter, state and national.  

 

To access the NSDAR Training Modules materials log into the NSDAR website with your unique member information.

 

KEY COMPONENTS

Meetings, Tours and Activities

Independent Project

Graduation Final Review

 

REGISTERING & GETTING INVOLVED

If you are a new member or a new-member-at-heart and are interested in signing up for the New Members Course. Our OSSDAR course coordinator Jill Gentry will be happy to assist you in getting involved. You may email and let her know you would like to take the New Members Course and she will let you know when to begin.

 

The Course should be completed within one year, if you want to be recognized at an upcoming State Conference in May, the Course must be completed by April 15th before Conference.  Otherwise, your credits will be carried forward to the following year's State Conference.
